FlowShorts Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
1.1 These Terms are a contract between you and Mercury International Ltd., registration number 205797744, Spas Sokolov 3, Sofia, Bulgaria (FlowShorts, we, us), for your use of flowshorts.com and the FlowShorts app (the Service). The Privacy Policy, Token & Refund Terms, Acceptable Use Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. If they conflict, the Token & Refund Terms govern tokens and payments, and these Terms govern everything else.
1.2 By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1.3 You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law, are located in a country under comprehensive EU, UN or US sanctions, or are on a sanctions list.
1.4 One person, one account. You may not create multiple accounts, including to collect bonus tokens. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” includes it. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
1.5 FlowShorts is a separate service from ReelShow. ReelShow’s terms do not apply to FlowShorts.
2. Your account
2.1 Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for all activity on your account unless it results from our failure to keep the Service secure.
2.2 Tell us at support@reelshow.com straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. We may lock an account to protect it.
3. The Service and AI-generated content
3.1 FlowShorts uses third-party AI models, accessed through our provider fal, to generate scripts, voiceovers, images, video clips, music and captions, and assembles them into short-form videos (Outputs). The models, voices, styles and quality tiers available may change, be replaced or be withdrawn at any time.
3.2 AI has limits. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, offensive, similar to other people’s content, or unsuitable for your purpose. Scripts on history, finance, health, science, true crime or any real person or event may contain false statements. You must review every Output before you download, publish or schedule it, and you are responsible for that decision.
3.3 Outputs are not professional advice (financial, legal, medical or otherwise). We do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, monetisation eligibility, or that any platform will accept, recommend or keep your videos.
3.4 Because the models are probabilistic, other users may receive similar or identical Outputs. You get no exclusive rights over common ideas, styles, voices or formats.
3.5 We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you have already been charged for and not received, we will refund the tokens.
3.6 You must keep your own copies of Outputs you want to keep. We do not guarantee storage beyond the periods in our Privacy Policy.
4. Tokens and payments
4.1 The Service is pay-as-you-go. You buy token packs and spend tokens to generate content. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. The full rules are in the Token & Refund Terms; the key points are:
- The token price of each action is shown before you click Generate and is locked at that moment. You will not be charged more than the price shown.
- Tokens are a prepaid licence to use the Service. They are not money, not e-money, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and can only be used on FlowShorts.
- Paid tokens do not expire. Bonus and promotional tokens expire 12 months after they are granted and are never refundable.
- Unused paid tokens from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Tokens spent on a generation that fails for a technical reason are returned automatically.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are added at checkout where applicable.
4.2 Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the packs you buy.
4.3 If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase you authorised, we may suspend your account while it is resolved and remove the related tokens. Please contact support@reelshow.com first; we will try to resolve it.
4.4 We may change pack prices, bonus levels and the token cost of actions for future purchases and generations. Changes never affect a generation already started. If we increase the token cost of actions by more than 10%, we will give at least 14 days’ notice in the app, and you may request a refund of your unused paid tokens bought in the 90 days before the change took effect.
5. Your content and ownership
5.1 Inputs. You keep ownership of the prompts, text, images and other material you provide (Inputs). You confirm you own them or have every right and permission needed to use them in the Service and on the platforms you post to.
5.2 Outputs. As between you and us, and to the extent rights exist in them, we assign to you any rights we have in the Outputs you generate, and you may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and some AI models impose extra conditions, which we pass through to you where we tell you about them in the app. We do not promise that an Output does not infringe anyone’s rights.
5.3 Licence to us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, adapt (for formatting and rendering) and publish your Inputs and Outputs only to operate, secure and support the Service, including sending them to our AI providers and posting them to accounts you connect at your instruction. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep under our Privacy Policy. We will not use your Inputs or Outputs in our marketing without your separate permission, and we will not use them to train AI models.
5.4 Fictional characters only. You may upload character images only if they depict fictional or AI-generated characters. You must not upload images, voice recordings or likenesses of real people (including yourself, celebrities, public figures or private individuals), or characters owned by others (for example from films, games, cartoons or brands) unless you own the rights.
5.5 Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
6. Acceptable use
6.1 You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to create or publish content that:
- infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- depicts, imitates or impersonates a real person, or presents AI-generated content as real footage of real events (deepfakes);
- makes false statements of fact about real, identifiable people or businesses (defamation), including in true-crime, history or news-style videos;
- sexualises anyone, involves minors in any harmful way, or is sexually explicit;
- promotes violence, terrorism, hate, harassment, self-harm, or illegal goods and activities;
- is misleading about elections, public health, financial returns or products, or is a scam, spam or undisclosed advertising;
- breaks the rules of any platform you post to.
6.2 You must not: resell or sublicense access to the Service; access it by automated means other than features we provide; reverse engineer it; probe or bypass security, safety filters, rate limits or token pricing; extract prompts or model details; or use Outputs to develop a competing AI model.
6.3 AI disclosure. You are responsible for labelling content as AI-generated where the law or a platform requires it (for example YouTube’s altered or synthetic content setting, TikTok’s AI-generated label, Meta’s AI info label, and the EU AI Act). Where the Service offers an AI-label option when posting, we may turn it on by default.
6.4 Our automated filters, and those of our AI providers, may block prompts or Outputs. Tokens are returned for requests blocked before generation; tokens are not returned for Outputs generated and then blocked or removed for violating these Terms.
7. Connected platforms and posting
7.1 You can connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting, you authorise us to publish the videos you approve, with the caption and settings you choose, and to read analytics for them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 You approve every post. Nothing is published without your confirmation. Once you schedule or confirm a post, you are the publisher of that content and are responsible for it.
7.3 Your use of each platform is governed by that platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok’s terms and Meta’s terms. Using FlowShorts with YouTube means you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You must comply with each platform’s rules, including on spam, repetitive or low-quality content, AI disclosure and music.
7.4 We are not responsible for platforms. YouTube, TikTok and Meta are independent of us. They may change or shut off their APIs, reject, mute, limit, demonetise or remove videos, or restrict or ban accounts. Scheduled posts may fail because of platform outages, expired connections, changed permissions or platform rules. We are not liable for these, and tokens spent creating a video are not refunded because a post failed or a platform took action. We will tell you in the app when a scheduled post fails so you can retry or post manually.
7.5 Music and audio in Outputs are generated by AI. Platforms may still flag, mute or claim audio; you are responsible for responding to such claims.
7.6 You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings.
8. Reporting content and copyright complaints
8.1 Anyone can report content they believe is illegal or infringes their rights by emailing support@reelshow.com with the subject “Content report”. Include: your name and email; where the content is (link or description); why it is illegal or infringing; for copyright, identification of the work and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act, that your complaint is made in good faith, and that the information is accurate.
8.2 We review reports promptly and may remove or disable content, restrict features or suspend accounts. We will tell the affected user what we did and why, unless the law or safety reasons prevent it. Users can contest our decision by replying to that notice; a person, not only an automated system, will review the appeal. Users in the EU may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act.
8.3 We remove access for users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights. Content already published on YouTube, TikTok or Meta must be reported to that platform as well; we cannot remove it from their services.
8.4 Knowingly false reports may lead to suspension.
9. Suspension and termination
9.1 You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. Before you do, request a refund of any refundable paid tokens under the Token & Refund Terms; tokens left in a deleted account are forfeited.
9.2 We may suspend or close your account, or remove content, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law or a platform, to prevent fraud, chargeback abuse or harm to others, or if your account is inactive for more than 24 months and has no paid token balance. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give reasons.
9.3 If we close your account for a breach or fraud, your remaining tokens are forfeited, except where consumer law requires otherwise. If we close your account for any other reason, or shut down the Service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where possible and refund your unused paid tokens at the price you paid for them. Bonus and promotional tokens are never refunded.
9.4 Sections 4.3, 5.2, 5.5, 10, 11, 12, 15 and 16 survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 To the extent the law allows, the Service and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.
10.2 If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory statutory rights (for example the right to digital content that conforms to the contract), those rights are not affected by this section.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 We are not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, followers, views, monetisation or business opportunity; loss of data you did not back up; actions by YouTube, TikTok, Meta, fal, Stripe or other third parties; content you choose to publish; or any indirect or consequential loss.
11.2 Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory consumer law where you live.
12. Your responsibility to us
12.1 You will compensate us (indemnify us) for losses, damages, fines and reasonable legal costs arising from third-party claims (including from platforms, rights holders or people depicted or described in your content) that result from your Inputs, the content you publish, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
12.2 If you are a consumer, this applies only to the extent you are at fault and only as far as the law where you live allows.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, the law or platform rules. We will post the new version with a new date. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app, unless the change is required sooner by law or a platform. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and request a refund of your unused paid tokens before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
14. Contact and notices
Mercury International Ltd. (FlowShorts), Spas Sokolov 3, Sofia, Bulgaria · support@reelshow.com. We send notices to the email on your account or in the app.
15. Governing law and disputes
15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia have jurisdiction.
15.2 If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or their national consumer authority.
15.3 Please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly by email.
16. General
16.1 These Terms, with the documents in section 1.1, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
16.2 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer them to an affiliate or to a buyer of the Service, provided your rights are not reduced; we will tell you if this happens.
16.3 Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including platform or AI-provider outages.
16.4 These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version governs to the extent the law allows.
