FlowShorts Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your FlowShorts data at any time. FlowShorts is operated by Mercury International Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in at flowshorts.com.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm.
3. We immediately revoke and delete your YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook access tokens, and delete your account, prompts, uploads, videos and platform data within 30 days.

Can’t sign in? Email support@reelshow.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my FlowShorts data”. We confirm within 7 days and finish within 30 days.

Remove only a connected social account

1. Go to Settings → Connected accounts.
2. Click Disconnect next to the account.
3. We delete its access tokens immediately and other data from that platform within 7 days.

You can also remove FlowShorts from the platform itself:

• Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select FlowShorts, click Remove.
• TikTok: TikTok Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions, select FlowShorts, click Remove access.
• YouTube / Google: Google security settings, select FlowShorts, click Remove access. We then delete the related YouTube data within 30 days.

What we keep

Payment, token purchase and refund records are kept for up to 10 years because Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires it. Records of serious policy violations may be kept for up to 3 years to prevent repeat abuse. Videos already published to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook stay on those platforms until you delete them there; deleting FlowShorts data does not remove them.

Any unused paid tokens are forfeited when you delete your account, unless you request a refund first under our Token & Refund Terms.
